HOW DOES THE MODEL WORK?
We design and produce a premium quality, USA made piece of athletic apparel.
We create a campaign on our store page to showcase the product and give you a
chance to back it. If the campaign reaches its funding goal, we go into production.

 

 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO SHIP?
The shipping timeframe for each campaign is listed on the product page.
After an item is successfully funded and we go into production, we will
send you updates along the way.


HOW WILL I KNOW MY SIZE?
There is a detailed fit guide for each product we create. You can see all
the sizing details there. Otherwise, we recommend keeping it simple.
Our products will be similar in fit to other major brands.


WHAT HAPPENS IF A CAMPAIGN DOES NOT REACH THE FUNDING GOAL?
If a campaign does not reach its goal, we refund your money and we don’t
make the product. It’s that simple. No risk for you at all. We only go into
production for campaigns that are fully funded.


WHEN AM I CHARGED?
You are charged during the checkout process but will receive a refund if the campaign does not reach it's funding goal. If the campaign fails to reach its goal, you don't pay anything.


CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
Because of our model, we only produce what is ordered and therefore cannot accommodate any returns. We generally don’t carry excess inventory for exchanges, but in the event we have extras (we sometimes have a few that are overproduced by the manufacturer) we will do our best to replace your item. If we do not have a product in your size, we can work with you to provide store credit for future campaigns upon return of your item. All exchange items that are returned must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. We operate on very thin margins, and as a result have to stick to a more stringent return policy than fast fashion retailers with higher margins.

In any case, we are only able to offer the above (exchange/store credit) for requests that are made within 30 days of your order being shipped.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship USPS priority flat rate all over the world.  Some destinations outside of the U.S. are more costly, so our international customers typically bundle multiple products together to save on shipping.
